1. It is the clients’ responsibility to provide adequate references and information regarding their commission (3 or more reference photos, with pose, optional color palette, etc.).If references are not enough (ie just photos of outfit) I will be charging more for character design with your consent.2.All payments are non refundable unless I have not started on your commission.3. Prices are always subject to change depending on the amount of details/difficulty/preferred turnaround time.4. Default canvas sizes (3000-5000 px)5. Give adequate time to finish if you have a deadline/rushed order.6. DO NOT CLAIM MY WORK AS YOURS!7. No limit for major alterations during sketch approval. Minor alterations are allowed after sketch approval however only up to a certain degree (colors/shades)8. 50% - 100% payment after the approved sketch has been sent.9. Free to use anywhere (personal use).10. I do not permit my work to be used in anything for profit or commercially without consent. Dm for inquiries.
